I love chilli. It’s cheap, it’s easy, it’s healthy.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground turkey breast
1 (14.5 ounce) can canned diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix

DIRECTIONS
Crumble the turkey into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until evenly browned. Drain off grease, and mix in the tomatoes, kidney beans and chili seasoning mix. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 15 minutes.

I love chilli. Though to season I will use chili powder, and adobo.

I usually use more vegetables like canned corn, diced peppers, and even diced carrots (which add a sweetness everyone enjoys). I like to serve it with rice but it makes a meal on it’s own. Sometimes I leave out the meat or use shredded chicken (thighs and legs), or tuna.
