In order to feel good, look good, and be healthy, you have to pay attention to what you eat. That doesn’t mean depriving yourself of the food you love?deprivation = anger. Just be conscious of what you eat, how much you eat, and also why you eat (in other words, you need to learn to just eat smart) and you will be taking a giant step towards looking and feeling great.

Sherika, I see you’ve been spending time on your blog and not returning my many calls/texts over the last many months. Thanks a lot!!! I miss you dearly!

I’ve actually been trying to change my eating habits more consciously and thought about seeing a dietician. I’m more concerned with my ridiculously sedentary lifestyle than my eating habits since I don’t think they’re really that terrible. But my metabolism has gone from slow to nothing. I’m sitting all day at work and 3 hours at school and many more sitting hours on the weekends, especially during exam time. Been trying to schedule in the gym, but I need to go more often. So I’ll be reading your blog to see if I can get any ideas…but I’d welcome some custom tips.
