Got High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol?

Lower Your Cholesterol and Blood Pressure. On my exterior I look pretty good (if I may say so myself)?nice skin, bouncy hair, toned muscles. But underneath it all, I am plagued with bad genes: heart disease, cholesterol and high blood pressure. I have to take extreme care of my body, constantly watching everything I eat and exercise everyday.

My intention is to go as long as I can possibly go without taking medications. While there are no miracle cures, here are some foods that work wonders on high blood pressure and cholesterol:

Pomegranates?These fruits contains the highest antioxidant, it has been shown to decrease blood pressure in people who drank the juice daily for two weeks.

Salmon?This is the best source of omega fatty acids which works magic for the heart

Pistachios?Because they’re full of potassium, they may help lower blood pressure. Pistachios are rich in mono saturated fats, fiber and phytoserols, all of which help lower your cholesterol.
