<p><strong>Mind body connection between exercise</strong>.  Thoughts that you&#8217;re melting fat helps you lose fat faster.  Harvard did a study in 2007 which supports the mind-body-connection theory.</p>
<p><strong>Instead of exercising for 1 hour, consider 2 half-hour sessions</strong>.  Every time you exercise your metabolism stay revved up for couple of hours afterwards.  Consider one session in the morning and one in the evening.</p>
<p><strong>Shorter breaks</strong> between set keeps your heart rate up, which increases the number of calories you are using.  Try to limit breaks to 30 seconds.</p>
