			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><strong>Lower Your Cholesterol and Blood Pressure</strong>.  On my exterior I look pretty good (if I may say so myself)?nice skin, bouncy hair, toned muscles.  But underneath it all, I am plagued with bad genes: heart disease, cholesterol and high blood pressure.  I have to take extreme care of my body, constantly watching everything I eat and exercise everyday.</p>

My intention is to go as long as I can possibly go without taking medications.  While there are no miracle cures, here are some foods that work wonders on high blood pressure and cholesterol:</p>
<p><strong>Pomegranates</strong>?These fruits contains the highest <a href="http://www.justeatsmart.com/blog/?p=211">antioxidant</a>, it has been shown to decrease blood pressure in people who drank the juice daily for two weeks.</p>
<p><strong>Salmon</strong>?This is the best source of <a href="http://www.justeatsmart.com/blog/?p=379">omega fatty acids</a> which works magic for the heart</p>
<p><strong>Pistachios</strong>?Because they&#8217;re full of potassium, they may help lower blood pressure.  Pistachios are rich in mono saturated fats, fiber and phytoserols, all of which help lower your cholesterol.</p>
